Selected from high-quality paulownia wood in Heze, Shandong Province, the wood grain is straight and smooth, with a natural silky luster. The texture is fine and warm, and the natural patterns are elegant and generous. Core performance maximized: Small dry shrinkage coefficient, no warping, no deformation, moisture content strictly controlled within 6-12%, adaptable to different climates in the north and south. It is moisture-resistant, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and also has excellent sound insulation and heat insulation performance. It has a low thermal conductivity and outstanding fire resistance (with a combustion point as high as 425℃, far exceeding that of ordinary wood). The material is light and soft but the structure is tough, not easy to crack, easy to process, carve and color, and suitable for various shape requirements.

The comb-tooth mortise and tenon precision splicing process is adopted, with tight and dense joints and seamless bonding. Compared with traditional plywood, the amount of glue used is reduced by 80%, which not only improves environmental protection but also enhances the overall load-bearing capacity and stability of the board. The surface has undergone multiple grinding treatments, making it smooth and clean, free of burrs and scars (selected AA/AB grade boards). It can directly undergo subsequent processing such as veneering, painting, and baking varnish, eliminating additional processing costs. The board grades cover AA, AB, BB and BC, meeting the quality and budget requirements of different scenarios.
