Redwood paneling refers to a method used in the production of redwood furniture, which involves combining two pieces of wood together. When traditional handmade methods are used, a groove saw is used to make tenons and mortises on the board. Some also use wooden or bamboo nails to firmly bond these two boards.
Then, match the tenon and mortise of the two boards, align the two sides of the boards, and use a hammer to combine them with wooden blocks. With the development of technology, now splicing machines, environmentally friendly glutinous rice glue, and fixtures are being used to replace previous slot saws, wooden nails, and so on. How does modern rosewood furniture paneling work? The commonly used method now is a combination of nail and tenon.

1. Firstly, starting from the previous process of material preparation, take over these materials, register them, and check the batch number. Then, based on the different materials of each furniture board, determine the depth of the nail tenon. The tenon of the nail tenon should correspond one-to-one with the tenon mother.
2. According to the operation instructions of the splicing machine, set the size of the nail tenon and the size of the tenon, and operate on the splicing machine.
3. Then, according to the texture and pattern of the board, the board is assembled to ensure a uniform and beautiful pattern. Otherwise, it will become messy and lack aesthetic appeal.
4. Then, add glutinous rice glue to the determined wooden board, and while ensuring the appropriate distance between the boards, connect these two boards together. Finally, place them on a fixed fixture to prevent deformation. After stabilizing, it can be dismantled and moved to the next process.
Requirements for rosewood paneling:
1. The texture and direction of the board should be coordinated and consistent;
2. The color of the board should be consistent;
3. The splicing should be tight while maintaining an appropriate distance, and the upper and lower joints should not be misaligned, and the sticky rice glue applied should be appropriate.
